Welcome to Villa in the Vines. The rich history of this estate dates back over 120 years. The original estate and land were constructed in the late 1800’s as a hotel: “Vineyard Villa”. The hotel went out of business and was dismantled in 1937. In 1940, the lumber from the hotel was repurposed to construct a music hall. The music hall was then converted into a residence in 1941 and is now Villa in the Vines.
The current estate is 1,900 +/- square feet, situated on a 3.25-acre lot, surrounded by vineyards. This three bedroom, three bath home, underwent a substantial renovation project in 2013. The property is near town, yet secluded for your private enjoyment.
